A Morning of Healing, Calm, and Community: Magnolia Health’s First Christmas Flower Workshop

On Saturday, 29th November, Magnolia Health hosted our very first Christmas Flower Workshop at the beautiful Nook Collective. Guided by Clinical Psychologist Carla Anderson and brought to life with stunning blooms from Ethereal Floral Boutique, it was a morning filled with healing, creativity, and connection. ✨

Twenty incredible women joined us for a peaceful morning, each immersing themselves in the joy of creating their own Christmas floral arrangement. But beyond the blooms and the creativity, this workshop was a moment to pause, breathe, and feel supported.

Participants walked away not only with a beautiful arrangement to brighten their homes but also with a sense of calm, grounding, and belonging. The feedback we received says it all:

“I really enjoyed creating the flower arrangements; it brought me back into my body in a really beautiful way, and for a moment it even helped ease some of my pain.”

“It was really nice to meet other people who are experiencing the same issues as me, and the floral arrangements helped take my mind off my upcoming surgery.”

This is exactly why we do what we do:

  • Healing that soothes

  • Community that holds

  • Spaces that remind women they’re not alone

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday, 29th November for this special Christmas event, and a huge thank you to Carla Anderson and Ethereal Floral Boutique for helping make the morning so magical. 🎄

Here’s to many more mornings of connection, creativity, and care.
